How much does a corporate video cost?
The cost for a corporate video production can range anywhere between $5,000 – $100,000. Like building a house, there are a lot of factors that influence the cost of video production.
Video production costs depend on many factors, including the length and number of videos produced, how many filming days are needed, whether interviews are captured, the amount of planning and pre-production required, whether drone, ground-based video and photography are all required, how many film crew is the best fit, and the level of post-production, editing, motion graphics or animation involved.
As a rough guide, a day of filming and production of a typical corporate video and professional library of still photography will often land somewhere in the vicinity of $5 – 20k +GST.
We also produce larger campaigns involving multiple deliverables (e.g. multiple videos with cutdowns, larger photography libraries), with more moving parts and multiple days of filming to plan – budgets for those productions often land anywhere between $20 – $100k +GST.
How long does a corporate video project take?
For many corporate video projects, it usually takes around 1 – 2 months from your initial enquiry to delivering the completed videos.
This allows a realistic timeframe for all the logistics, plans and stakeholder involvement to be factored in, that often occurs on corporate and business projects.
Planning and pre-production often takes between 2 – 4 weeks. Sometimes finding a filming date that suits all your stakeholders will take a week or so! The filming process can take between half a day for smaller projects, or up to 3 – 4 days for larger projects.
The turnaround time for editing is usually between 3 – 5 weeks, depending upon how many videos we’re producing, the complexity of the edits and motion graphics, and how many stakeholders need to provide feedback and approvals on the videos.
We also provide a priority service, where we film, edit and produce the entire video within the same day, for ultra quick turnarounds. This is particularly helpful for corporate events or project announcements.

Our pre-production and planning often includes video concept development, shoot planning and scripting. When it comes to filming, we provide professional video crews and photographers, who can conduct relaxed authentic interviews, capture engaging footage, taking the lead and guiding the whole process to make the filming day run smoothly.
For editing and post-production, we provide a detailed editing service, following the approved plans for your project, with your chance to provide feedback on draft revisions along the way. Motion graphics development and animation are also available, along with sub-titles and captions, audio mixing and colour grading.
We provide the completed videos and photos via a secure gallery link, making it easy for you and your team to download and share.
